In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the 2jay Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2jay with respect to your use of the Platform.
2.2 By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by depositing funds, or by placing any real-money wager on the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2.3 2jay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
2.4 These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to real-money gaming on 2jay is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 2jay enforces age verification through mandatory KYC procedures and reserves the right to suspend any account pending age confirmation.
3.2 Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who lack such legal capacity are not permitted to register or play.
3.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on 2jay. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.4 Self-Excluded Players. Persons who have previously applied for self-exclusion on 2jay are not permitted to register a new account. Circumventing a self-exclusion arrangement is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
21+ Strictly Enforced. 2jay takes its age-verification obligations seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be held pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
4.1 To access real-money services on 2jay, you must complete the registration process in full, providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You are obligated to keep this information up to date.
4.2 2jay will request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documentation includes a valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. 2jay will never contact you to request your password.
4.4 You must notify 2jay immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 2jay will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
4.5 2jay reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its discretion, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected.
5.1 Accepted Methods. 2jay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed on the Cashier page within your 2jay account and may be updated from time to time.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. 2jay aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and bank clearance schedules.
5.4 Source of Funds. By depositing on 2jay, you warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. 2jay complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may request source-of-funds documentation at its discretion.
5.5 Currency. All account balances are maintained in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR transactions. For transactions made in other currencies, standard conversion rates may apply.
5.6 Withdrawal to Deposit Method. Unless operationally impractical, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect our players.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be staked before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
6.3 Game Contributions. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The applicable contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. 2jay reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that bonus abuse has occurred. This includes — but is not limited to — the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and any other behaviour inconsistent with good-faith promotional participation.
6.5 Bonus offers are subject to expiry dates. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used or claimed within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account without notice.
7.1 Each game available on the 2jay platform — including but not limited to cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot titles, poker games, and football betting — is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or applicable betting market.
7.2 All casino games operate on certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or on live-dealer streams sourced from independently licensed studios. 2jay does not modify game outcomes.
7.3 In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet — including disconnections, server errors, or platform outages — 2jay will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the matter fairly. In cases where a fair resolution cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.
7.4 Sports Betting. Odds are subject to change prior to market settlement. 2jay reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by pricing errors, data feed failures, or events that would otherwise produce manifestly incorrect results.
7.5 PSL & Cricket Markets. 2jay offers comprehensive markets on Pakistan Super League and ICC cricket events. In the event of match abandonment, interruption, or result determination by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, settlement will follow the rules displayed in the relevant market at time of bet placement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jay platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
8.1 Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, 2jay reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account(s), withhold funds pending investigation, void all associated bets and bonuses, and permanently close the account(s) without prior notice.
9.1 All content on the 2jay Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 2jay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
10.1 2jay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at 2jay.club/privacy-policy.
10.2 By registering on 2jay, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service personalisation.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 2jay's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
13.1 You may close your 2jay account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any pending investigations.
13.2 2jay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold associated funds pending investigation, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is ongoing.
13.3 Bonus funds and associated winnings are non-withdrawable upon account closure where wagering requirements have not been met at the time of closure.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 2jay holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by that licensing authority.
14.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, 2jay operates in compliance with applicable regulations pertaining to the Pakistani market and expects all players accessing the Platform from Pakistan to do so in accordance with their own local legal obligations.
